1 General Terms

ckt 44 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The rules and terms described on this page ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ckt 44 and all its users ("Members"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

ckt 44 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the new terms. It is therefore each member's responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed.

These terms have been drafted in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ckt 44 and take part in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. A copy of a government-issued ID may be requested from a member at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Registration Information

When creating an account, the member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If an account is registered with false information, it may be suspended or cancelled immediately, and ckt 44 reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds or bonuses.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method are detected, they will be considered duplicates and those accounts may be closed.

3 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. ckt 44 never asks for a password directly via email, phone, or any other channel. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent communication.

The member will be held responsible for all activity conducted from their account. If unauthorised access by a third party is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. If a security breach is not reported as soon as possible, ckt 44 will not be liable for any losses from transactions during that period.

3.1 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or when changing account details. The member may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID card or passport. The relevant transaction may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ckt 44 is ৳300. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major scheduled banks). All deposits must be made through a method registered in the member's own name — deposits using a third party's account or card are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally sent back through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirement

For deposits linked to a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made. For example, for the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, that bonus will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ckt 44 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: deposit ৳1,000, bonus is ৳2,000, balance is ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

ckt 44 regularly offers various promotional bonuses, such as weekly reload rewards, weekend deposit events, and cricket deposit bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are described in detail on the bonuses page.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonuses apply only to the person in whose name the account is registered.
• Multiple members of the same household or multiple accounts from the same device cannot receive the welcome bonus.
• ckt 44 reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, that account will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets placed on ckt 44 are considered final. ckt 44 reserves the right to correct the settlement of bets placed on odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on markets for cricket, football, and various other sports. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the original stake is generally returned. However, special rules may apply for in-play bets.

6.3 Casino Games

When participating in live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, and other games, the rules specific to each game apply. The RTP (Return to Player) and other details for each game are stated on the relevant game page.

6.4 Technical Issues

ckt 44 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device problems, or other technical difficulties. However, in the case of a server-side error, appropriate steps will be taken to protect the member's interests.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ckt 44 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing them to use the platform.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation or sharing account details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation tools, or artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account or card.
• Impersonating a ckt 44 employee or representative.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. ckt 44 also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

ckt 44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee of suitability for any particular purpose. ckt 44 will not be liable for losses in the following situations:

• Disruption to bets or games caused by internet disconnection or device problems.
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, banking services).
• Account losses resulting from the member's own negligence or breach of terms.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, cyberattacks).

In any situation, ckt 44's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount of that specific transaction.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

ckt 44 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions secure. Member information is not sold or shared with any third party, however ckt 44 may be required to provide information to relevant authorities due to legal obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming
